    Golf Course: Timed to coincide with the finish of the first condominiums will be our 3 hole practice golf course and putting greens.     And More: Each lot has ocean and jungle views with electric, water and streets to every lot. Electric power was switched on at Vista Encantada in May 2010. Electric poles and lines have been completed to the development from the town of El Divisadero, 1.8 kilometers from Vista Encantada. Electric lines are underground using a hybrid electrical design, above ground poles only at the back of the property. The water system for all of the lots in phases 1-3 and the lower parcel is completed with water pipes and spigots operational to each of the lots. The streets of rock are in progress.

Las Cuevitas beach is a short drive down the road, about 3 kilometers. For those who prefer to walk, it is a great 20 minute walk.
