Stroll along the 3.5 km beach, soak up the sun, take a swim in the tropical waters and end your day at our “Sunset Happy Hour Bar, taking in the Magnificent Mexican Sunset Beach and Tropical Island views.

Airport Arrival and Departure pickup service is available upon request, and include a very much appreciated shopping spree of your choice to Costco, Sams Club or  Wal-Mart.

If you choose to drive down to explore this interesting part of Mexico, you can rest assure at the end of the day that your vehicle is safe and secure in our covered gated carport.

ROOM RATES:

Nigth: 80-120 USD

Month: 1,800-2,800 USD

Deposit: 50% of the full rate is required at the time of booking. $200 damage deposit to be returned after checkout/inspection of your suite. (Cancelation not refundable)

Check-in/Check-Out: 1300hrs/1100hrs.

AMENITIES: 

Swimming pool, internet/WiFi, shared outdoor BBQ grill, bicycles, garden courtyard table and chairs, beach chairs & umbrella, lounge chairs, beach games, book exchange library, maid service (by request), secure covered parking, wheelchair access (some units), wheelchair available, no smoking, beach weddings, long-term rentals supply their own sheets and towels, washing machine available for long term guests, owners onsite. Suites include air conditioning (for extra charge) and fans, flatscreen television, Star Choice and Sky TV, linens and towels provided (for short-term rentals only), iron and board (available).

Short-Term Guests: Stays up to 2 weeks
Long-Term Guests: Stays up to 6 months or a year, are responsible for their own Suite, sheets and towels.
Extra Bed: $35 per night.
