“Spectacular! The food, music and ambiance… to live for!” is what guests are saying at the Restaurant Week event at San Pancho’s Bistro Organico inside Hotel Cielo Rojo.
The ninth annual Vallarta Lifestyles’ Restaurant Week features 35 restaurants located in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, encouraging residents and visitors to explore the area’s unique culinary diversity. This year Bistro Organico is thrilled to offer guests a fabulous 3-course dinner at $189 pesos per person.
Popular items on the menu? The Bahia-style Moqueca (Brazilian seafood stew) and homemade Green Ravioli with smoked marlin. And for dessert? Try the Raw Chocolate Pudding with crispy sesame cookie or the Vegan Tres Leches Cake. At the bar, the cocktails are flowing with our signature Mojito (made with basil from our own herb boxes) and Jalapeno Margarita to start the evening with a kick.
The Restaurant Week special menu is available through May 31st. Open Tuesday to Sunday (5-10pm). Reservations are recommended.
